Mountain View Recovery Center is an extended care treatment program that is licensed by the State of Colorado (PHP, IOP, OP) and provides services for group therapy and individual counseling. There are some addictive as well as mental healths problems which co-occur with drug substance abuse or disorder, so Mountain View Recovery Center focuses on treat the fundamental causal issues that lead to the dependence behavior, rather than treating the symptoms themselves. It is important to note that our drug rehab Colorado and other services are only available to individuals over the age of eighteen. We at Mountain View Recovery Center offer a continuum of care that goes beyond the traditional thirty (30) day primary treatment program for those who have a history of chronic relapse or those who need a longer-term continuum of care. The core of our approach is based on the 12 Step paradigm, which emphasizes the development of both the individual and the community. Our mission is to provide a safe, therapeutic, and nurturing environment for individuals who are seeking to find their way to long-term recovery through a variety of experiences in a safe, therapeutic, and nurturing environment.

Some people take drugs because they enjoy the way they feel and how they act when they take them. In this case, they may assume that they can handle the amount and frequency of your use. Drugs have the potential to change the functioning of the brain over a long period of time. It is possible for these physical and psychological changes to last for quite some time. As a result, people can lose self-control and take a variety of harmful actions.
The program is designed to run for three months and includes PHP, IOP, and OP
We provide a continuum of care that is designed to support the individual through the recovery process, which includes many steps. There is a strong connection between program advancement and documented accomplishments. A criterion of recovery and wellness is not a criterion of "time spent" in a program, even if it is a criterion for "time spent." On the other hand, we believe that it is "time well spent" which is crucial to healing and well-being. Basically, it means that one should be able to learn how to behave in such a way that reflects a higher level of functioning.
There are a number of components in the program that are treatment-focused and are guided by the client's specific goals and outcomes as expressed in the treatment plan that was developed in collaboration with the client. A wide range of issues for the clients are addressed in individual and group therapy sessions, including trauma, relationship issues, triggers for substance abuse, relapses, feelings of worthlessness, abandonment, abuse, depression and hopelessness. The purpose of process groups is to explore and process the dynamics of your recovery, as well as to relate that process to your goals and objectives of treatment. Essentially, Mountain View Recovery Center's Model of Treatment is a combination of experiential and traditional therapies that combine to create a comprehensive treatment plan. These models include cognitive behavioral therapy, rational emotive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, and readiness for change, and trauma resolution. It is important that you work together with your treatment team to develop a continuum of care plan.
PHP Program in the First Month:
We Provides at least 25-30 hours per week of substance abuse/behavioral health counseling, including six (6) group meetings per day. Participation in gym activities, skiing, hiking, and art therapy will also be offered, as well as AA meetings, housing meetings, and housing meetings as scheduled. Substance abusers can benefit from Mountain View Recovery Center's Partial Hospitalization Program. Sometimes co-occurring with other disorders, but less intensively treated than residential therapy. Partial hospitalization is the name of this program. Family and friends may support the client. Residential Facilities can refer clients to MVRC when they need lower level care placement.
IOP Program in the Second Month:
Treatment is provided in a minimum of sixteen (16) hours per week, four of which are individual substance abuse/behavioral health counseling sessions and fifteen (15) of them are group counseling sessions. A transition phase from Mountain View Recovery Center's Partial Hospitalization Program is Intensive Outpatient care. Generally, it is intended for clients with substance abuse disorders, sometimes co-occurring disorders, who are in need of more structured outpatient treatment for substance abuse disorders than can be provided by traditional outpatient treatment. It is possible for clients to receive support from family, friends, or employers during treatment. In some cases, MVRC Intensive Outpatient treatment will be more intensive.
OP Program in the Third Month:
A transition preparation phase comprises nine (9) hours of weekly outpatient treatment including one (1) hour/s of individual treatment for substance abuse/behavioral health and eight (8) hours of group treatment. A client's exit plan and aftercare recommendations are structured and established during this month in preparation for transition from the program. Our Outpatient Level of Care is a transition/preparatory stage that prepares clients for exiting the program, and provides exit plans and aftercare recommendations. The MVRC provides outpatient services to individuals who might not have family support, employment, or housing, but are not suitable for more intensive treatment. The MVRC only offers outpatient care to clients who have completed a higher level of care.
